TSMP serves some of the neediest and most destitute people in the Teso region. The women, children and men we treat at no cost in our clinic and at outreach likely would have no access to medical care without our help. TSMP supplements and supports existing medical facilities to help address the overwhelming need for medical care, and we proudly follow Ministry of Health guidelines.

	So many people show up for our no-cost services that the wait can be several hours. The patients know the quality of services performed by TSMP clinicians is worth the wait.
	Sanitation is a serious purveyor of disease. It is a common problem that swine wander freely in camps, drifting in and out of homes.
	Children comprise the majority of residents in relocation camps. Of the parents who remain alive, many have gone in search of work, leaving their eldest children in charge.
