As a part of TSMP's mission, outreach events are hosted in local communities around the Teso region. These events take place four times every month. During outreach events, TSMP teaches methods of family planning, providing both long and short term methods, along with the following services.

Long term methods include Intra Uterine Contraceptive Device [IUCD], implants, which are inserted from 3 to 5 years. While short term methods include pill plan, depovera, condoms [both female and male], moon beads, and sayanapress.
TSMP immunizes children from birth to five years along with pregnant mothers.
TSMP provides antenatal services during outreach events such as providing medicine and examining the mothers to ensure a healthy baby.
Additionally, TSMP tests for malaria and HIV.
